Very dainty and delightful, continuously in bloom. Good ornamental hips in autumn. Superb rose as shrub, pillar or standard. RHS AGM. 1937.

Gallica. An upright shrub like Rose with attractive grey-green foliage and very fragrant blooms that appear in summer. The blooms are flat and quartered and are a pretty blend of pink, grey and mauve. Does best in a warm sheltered position. From the mid 19th century.
Belle De Crecy Expected Stock Height: 20/40 cm ? We will not have this plant 2025/26. aka Snowball rose Bourbon. This rose grows into a slender upright shrub with mid green foliage. The buds are tinted with crimson but open to reveal pure white, highly fragrant blooms with perfect symmetry. Generous with regular clusters of bloom throughout the season. 1867 France.

A well known and well loved little climber with fully double blooms varying from buff-yellow to soft apricot. Really pretty in full flower. Recurrent with a good strong scent. Could be used as a tall bush or small climber. 1939.

Gallica. A beautiful summer flowering Gallica that has flat quartered flowers of textured velvet in a rich deep red/purple tone. Dark green foliage, almost thorn-less stems and a delightful strong fragrance. An ancient variety, pre 1700 often described as "the perfect old garden Rose".
